Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250 g chickpea penne
  • 250 g courgettes
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint to taste
  • EVO oil to taste

Directions

Cut courgettes into very thin slices and season with salt and mint. Cook the chickpea fusilli al dente and season with the vegetables. Serve the dish warm.
